You place the order, and we ship for free directly to the recipient, or to you. We'll hold onto your inventory; no need to store a tower of boxes at your office! We offer free shipping on the boards within 3 business days, but usually next business day. Simply notify us by filling out the Google form with the shipping address and engraving information.

We use a laser engraver to add optional personalization to the boards - add their name on the front, and if you want to, we can put your name on the back for future referrals. It's an easy write off!

• Every board includes optional engravings on the front and back of the boards
• Each board comes gift wrapped with a card that will have your message hand written inside
• A sample tin of board butter and a postcard with care instructions are included with every board

2. We will send you an email within 24 hours with the link for the Google form to request your boards. We will also get your back of board engraving set up with your information to keep on file.
3. When you need a board, simply send us the request and we will prepare the board and ship it within 3 business days, usually sooner.
4. No price information is ever included in the box - that's just between us!

Will the price appear anywhere inside the box?

Never. The recipient receives just their gift wrapped board with board butter and care instructions.

Can I deliver the board myself?

Absolutely! You provide the shipping address in the form, so if you want to deliver yourself, just put in your address and we will send it to you.

How quickly will the board be sent?

Boards are shipped within three business days after the notification is received. We strive to ship next business day if possible!

How will I know the recipient got their board?

When we create the shipping label, you will receive a confirmation email with the courier and tracking number.

Can I order multiple boards for the holidays or for an event?

Yes! You can either contact us directly, or go through the checkout as many times as needed.
